Brianna McCrory is a student therapist who is passionate about supporting and working with adolescents and young adults.
She has worked with ages ranging from young childhood to young adults experiencing a variety of goals and concerns in different stages of their lives. Parents have described their children as excited for therapy once starting with her and eager to return. She specializes in individual therapy and parental support for those experiencing feelings of depression or anxiety, mood dysregulation, grief, relational issues, interpersonal conflict, trouble with self-acceptance and compassion, and life changes and adjustment.
Brianna aims to provide a space open to explore the different ways she and you can work together to reach your goals and begin your healing journey. She believes that therapy is an investment to ourselves- that we are each figuring ourselves out as we go, and that in exploring thoughts, feeling, and actions together we get to know the client and tailor each session to their needs.
As a student therapist, Brianna provides therapy at a reduced cost.
