Dr. Smith is also committed to supporting the educational needs of children and adolescents by providing comprehensive psychological evaluations for ADHD, Autism, Learning Disorders, and Social/Emotional concerns. Dr. Smith believes in helping families as they take the next steps to ensure their children’s academic, behavioral, and mental health well-being are taken care of.
Dr. Smith earned her PhD in Educational Psychology specializing in School Psychology in 2024 from the University of Georgia and completed her pre-doctoral internship at Cypress Fairbanks ISD. She received specialty training in family interaction therapy/parent management, suicidality, and crisis intervention. Dr. Smith also has extensive experience consulting with school personnel and supporting recommendations for 504 and IEPs. She has worked in many settings including schools, community mental health agencies, and private practice in Georgia and Texas supporting children, adolescents, and their families with educational and mental health concerns. She is currently pursuing licensure as a Licensed Psychologist.
Dr. Smith has been described as warm, funny, empathetic, and transparent as she strives to support her client’s understanding of their world to help facilitate growth, change, and emotional well-being. She looks forward to taking the next steps with you!

- For all other insurance companies or out-of-network plans, he will provide you with a superbill to file with your insurance company for reimbursement.
