Randee earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University-San Antonio and went on to earn her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Sam Houston State University. She is currently working on her Doctor of Psychology in Health Service Psychology at the University of Houston-Clear Lake and is expected to graduate in 2028. She has been seeing clients since 2022, with experience in university counseling centers, community mental health outpatient clinics, and private practice. She has served a variety of adult and adolescent clients over the years, with an emphasis on working with military and first responders and their families.
Randee has specialized training in trauma focused therapy and works to provide a collaborative therapeutic environment that encourages clients to act as the experts on themselves. Randee comes alongside her clients as a guide as they work through the client’s concerns together, sometimes leading, sometimes following the lead of the client, but always remaining in the therapeutic space together. Randee approaches therapy and the therapeutic relationship with warmth, authenticity, and positive regard, and strives to remain nonjudgmental and supportive. She uses an integrative approach to treatment, with an emphasis on person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and acceptance-based techniques, remaining flexible for each client’s individual needs and goals for treatment.
