Estefania Andrade (she/her/hers) is a clinical psychology master’s student at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. She is committed to working with children, adolescents, and young adults to navigate challenges in a supportive and secure environment.
Estefania earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Trinity University in 2023. She has previous experience working with clients at the Psychological Services Clinic at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. While she specializes in anxiety and depression, she has prior experience working with trauma, substance use, and grief.
Estefania has had training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and psychological first aid. Furthermore, she has worked closely with mentors to enhance her skills and achieve excellence during her training. She strongly believes in the therapeutic relationship to build a safe atmosphere and help her clients reach their goals. She is described as kind, empathetic, and trustworthy when working with her clients. She uses a holistic, client-centered approach and employs techniques such as CBT and motivational interviewing.
