Dr. Kimberly James (she/her/hers) has 20 years of experience as a licensed psychologist working with adult clients experiencing a variety of concerns including anxiety, stress, depression, and/or relationship challenges. She earned her doctorate in Counseling Psychology from SUNY Buffalo and has been working in Texas for 11 years. Dr. James utilizes a holistic approach to therapy in order to help clients on multiple levels.

Sessions will be a blend of exploration, reflection, problem-solving, and action. Dr. James works closely with her clients to identify barriers to reaching life goals and how to effectively develop new strategies so that clients can experience more joy and balance in life.
When not at Stepping Stone Therapy, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and working out with her personal trainer.

- BCBS
- Aetna
- For all other insurance companies or out-of-network plans, she will provide you with a superbill that you can file with your insurance company for reimbursement.
