Chris Baulch, MA (he/him) is a Licensed Professional Counselor (TX #95241) providing outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. He has extensive experience supporting children and families with concerns related to ADHD, emotional and behavioral dysregulation, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma-related symptoms. A core component of his work includes parent training and caregiver support, with an emphasis on helping parents develop effective, consistent strategies to manage behavior, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen the parent-child relationship. Chris also has experience conducting psychological evaluations and assessments, which inform treatment planning and help families better understand their child’s cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
Chris tailors treatment to each client and family’s unique needs, integrating evidence-based parent training principles with cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment-focused, person-centered, and play-based interventions. He works collaboratively with caregivers to build practical skills such as positive behavior reinforcement, setting developmentally appropriate boundaries, improving communication, and responding effectively to challenging behaviors across home and school environments.
Chris believes that meaningful change occurs when children, individuals, and caregivers are supported together. He strives to provide a collaborative, non-judgmental, and structured therapeutic environment that empowers parents, enhances family functioning, and helps clients build insight, resilience, and skills for long-term emotional and behavioral success.
